Sewer Rate Increase

JSD bills, beginning with the BILLING DATE of 8/15/2025 (DUE DATE of 9/15/2025), will reflect a 10% sewer rate increase. This increase is due to Town of Waynesville's 10% sewer rate increase.
Please note:
- There is no water rate increase.
- This will begin with service dates from 7/1-7/31/2025.
- If you are not a sewer customer, this does not apply to you.
